Physical accessibility at Warby Parker in Southlake is very well thought out. Starting at the entrance the only thing that makes it a little challenging is the door to the store is always closed so if I were to go by myself I wouldn’t be able to get inside unless someone opens the door for me which is an inconvenience for me. Once inside there were nothing but positive things for accessibility throughout the store. The store, even though it is small, is very well organized. It makes it feel spacious and makes maneuvering in my wheelchair very easy. Since everything is very well organized in the store even with a lot of people shopping you are still able to move very easily throughout the store.
Inclusive Customer Service
I have been to this store several times and every single time the customer service is very inclusive. The employees have helped me reach and try on several pairs of glasses to make the shopping process for me extremely easy. This time I went to get my glasses adjusted which required me to take my glasses off and hand them to the employee helping me with this. I am not able to reach my face to take my glasses off as my range of motion is very limited but the employee helping me helped take my glasses off of my face and put them back on me while adjusting them. This attention to care from the employees at Warby Parker made this visit very easy for me.
